Delta Kn ( is a leading global healthcare communications business that provides tailored medical education and healthcare learning to global pharmaceutical industry clients. We cater for a wide range of audiences throughout the pharmaceutical product lifecycle and produce bespoke e-learning programmes, virtual events and digital tools and resources.

As a result of exciting business growth, we are looking for an account executive to join our thriving team in Richmond, London. This role would provide experience and exposure to a wide range of project types, working alongside our team of medical writers and account managers. Day-to-day duties include:

  • Project management and timeline tracking for a variety of projects, including e-learning, training materials and webinars
  • Internal coordination of multiple teams of varying specialisms, such as editorial, technical, digital and design, to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Liaison with clients and medical experts
  • General client team administration and financial management (including invoice management and the development and monitoring of budgets)

Candidates for this role should have:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • An ability to work effectively with a wide range of people
  • A proactive nature and initiative to drive projects forward
  • An ability to manage multiple complex workflows, prioritize and work to tight deadlines
  • Considerable enthusiasm for digital healthcare communication and training
  • A scientific degree

Whilst previous agency or project management experience is beneficial, it is not essential as you will be joining an experienced team keen to support your development.
