Job Details:
Our client is an established medical communications agency seeking a Scientific Database Coordinator to be based in their Cheshire offices.

The role will involve providing administrative and project support to account management teams whilst also contributing to the development of scientific materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide project management, writing and administrative support to the team throughout the project life cycle
  • Create and monitor project status with trackers, timelines and maintain project databases
  • Use Zinc, Datavision, Veeva to upload, reference and distribute feedback within client compliance and company guidelines
  • Create scientific materials, whilst learning about editing and quality control within regulatory guidelines (abstracts, slide decks, publications)
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Life science degree and MSc
  • Demonstrable experience in a project management role gained within a medical communications agency is desirable
  • Problem solver, with the ability to anticipate problems and find solutions
  • Organised and efficient, able to prioritize work as needed by clients and team members
  • Good communicator, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues
