This growing start-up medical devices company is looking for an Account Manager to become a part of their family. They are currently with around 25 employees who have a lot of fun together and motivate each other professionally as well. It is the kind of environment where you will integrate and feel comfortable faster while getting energy from the colleagues around you.

You will be responsible to follow up on the current sales accounts for their flagship diagnostic product that won an award because it is innovative and easy to use for customers. The fact that the product has already a good reputation and is a unique product on the market will make you more proud about the product you are representing.

Next to that, you will also develop new relationships and try to maximise sales for a global territory meaning you will have international contacts which will make the daily activities more interesting and give you a bigger reach to accomplish your targets. Speaking about targets, the commission is uncapped which will make your earning potential higher, you will see rewards for good results and give you that extra motivation.


  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business related field or Life Sciences
  • First experience in phone-based or in-house sales position
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is a big plus
  • Dynamic personality
  • Target-driven
  • Independent worker
  • Fluent level of Dutch and English

You will rapport directly to the CEO and work closely together with the Business Development Managers on the field showing that you are closer to decision-makers and can will have a better view of where the company is going.
