Facilities Coordinator - events experience?
Our client is a leading technology company that has shaped the last decade within the industry. With ever increasing growth for what they offer, this is a great opportunity for somebody looking to get such a company on their CV in an 12 month contract in Events.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic customer Experience coordinator to support within the Facilities function. This will be a "Support Desk" solutions and services role with a focus on managing meetings and Events from conception to completion.
NON EVENTS DUTIES:
- Using a ticket system you will be managing the open and closure Ticket (manage all incoming Events ticket requests)
- Raising tickets for Reactive works including all Events associated works to be carried out.
- Filtering requests to ensure relevance to Facilities Services and reassign to appropriate departments if applicable.
- Provide a high level of customer service
Events Coordinator duties and meeting room management
- Providing outstanding customer service and support in organising memorable events that meet department standards and expectations.
- Work with stakeholders to coordinate, plan and execute all on-site meetings and events.
- Assist with scheduling and executing the logistical details for meetings and events.
- Manage scheduling, coordination and execution of multiple, simultaneous on-site meetings in the bridge space conference rooms.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Strong customer service experience
Proven experience of Event Management support and hospitality.
Experience managing vendors, contractors and teams.
Experience of managing/supporting events in an on-site campus environment.
Minimum 2 year''s customer services and administration related experience.
