We are seeking a Project Manager who ideally has a background in the pharmaceutical and/or medical industry and knowledge of market research processes to join our diverse and supportive team, focused on delivering quality research projects for international clients.

Your day to day role in our fast paced agency setting will involve working across multiple projects and building strong and successful relationships with our clients.

About The Role:
  • Take an initial client briefing, understand the objectives, methodology and deliverables expected of the project 
  • Develop a project plan, including timelines and resources
  • Allocate project tasks to team members (e.g. Project Executives)
  • Manage work, priorities and inputs from a variety of stakeholders ensuring everyone is on track
  • Proactively complete project tasks
  • Update the client on the development and progress of the project 
  • Assess risks and establish contingency plans
  • Manage project finances to ensure they stay profitable
  • Forecast project revenue on a monthly basis and report it to senior management
  • Prepare project deliverables in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Present project results to the client
  • Work closely with our Medical team on quantitative project components
  • Work closely with our Qualitative Research team on qualitative project components
  • Work closely with our Digital team on digital deliverables (databases)
  • Proactively management client accounts and support our Business Development team to identify future opportunities and contribute to business growth
  • Support the development and training of Project Executives
