We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated multitasker with an aptitude for account management to join our dynamic team at Delta Kn. Play an essential role in upholding our excellent reputation for delivering bespoke learning programmes to leading organizations across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.

The role

From scientific training toolkits to tactile learning activities, as an account manager at our specialist healthcare learning agency, Delta Kn, you’ll contribute to the successful delivery of tailored learning services to global pharmaceutical clients. You’ll become the main point of contact for our clients, working across a range of deliverables such as e-learning programmes, virtual events and point-of-need tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading client communications across a range of activities, from strategy planning and internal training to external education and engagement for a variety of audiences
  • Closely managing programme finances and timelines to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • Playing a critical role in the collaboration between our internal specialist teams, maintaining timely and clear communication throughout to ensure successful programme delivery
  • Reviewing project deliverables for clarity, accuracy and alignment with project objectives, ensuring that agreed workflows and best practices are followed throughout the project life cycle
  • Obtaining an understanding of client objectives and needs and identifying opportunities for future collaboration, with the support of senior team members

What you’ll need

  • At least 12 months’ experience working in client services at a healthcare communications, digital or creative agency
  • Excellent project management and organization skills, with a passion for delivering a superb service to your clients
  • A knack for planning and a willingness to get involved in client project delivery and team coordination, including overseeing project accounting tasks
  • The ability to work well in a team, collaborating with colleagues both locally and internationally to deliver industry-leading client service
  • Self-motivation and an exceptional eye for detail, taking pride in the accuracy of your work
