We are looking for an enthusiastic communicator to join the Accounts team to work with Top 10 pharma clients with a focus on infection. The focus of the accounts will be around education and insight, with event organisation and project management element as key work areas.
What can you expect?
In this role you will manage projects that are creative, impactful and help clients achieve their goals.
You will execute a range of market access assets, e.g. advisory boards, webinars, other scientific communications materials, efficiently and effectively meeting project timelines and budgets. You will ensure the deliverables are of a high standard, effectively meet or exceed the given brief and communicate the intended key messages.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll have the autonomy to fill your own schedule and build your day. Working as part of a team you’ll take a proactive approach and ensure a high quality service is provided to every client.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients, medical experts and KOLs and act as a daily point of contact for clients.
- Organising and run regular update calls with clients
- Maintaining project briefs, to keep track of timelines and manage financial aspects of assigned accounts
- Contributing to project plans and creative campaign ideas.
- Assisting in the development of business development proposals for a range of projects types
What we are looking for?
Essential
- Life science degree (preferably with science communication)
- Passion, enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference to clients and ultimately patients
- Strong communication, people management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team as well as working independently
- Capacity to manage multiple projects at once
- Efficiency while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to liaise internally with the Page Medical team as well as externally with clients
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
Desirable
- Previous healthcare communications agency experience
