Scope

Lucid Group Futures Executives are exceptional graduates looking for a way into medical education as a career. We provide successful candidates with 1 year of structured and on-the-job training that gives them broad experience across the industry. Futures Executives have an opportunity to work across a number of internal and external projects, as well complete a series of placements in different business units to gain further insights and experience in specific projects and therapy areas.

The Futures Executive position is a full-time, permanent role.

Accountabilities
  •  Collaborate with medical writers, account managers and others across the company to deliver high-quality, innovative and compliant work to our external clients.
  •  Engage with clients and medical experts to conduct research, to build relationships, and to design and deliver outstanding medical education programmes.
  •  Research key therapy areas and contribute to proposal development and delivery.
  •  Contribute to the writing of key scientific content.
  •  Review and edit medical education materials to ensure high quality and compliance with regulatory codes of practice and master service agreements.
  •  Lead and manage client approval processes (e.g. Zinc), ensuring all work is accurate and appropriately referenced, and queries are resolved quickly and thoroughly.
  •  Assist with the development and monitoring of budgets, resources and timelines according to company and client procedures.

  •  Be able to prioritise well and manage a number of simultaneous projects
  •  Be able to engage confidently with different internal and external stakeholders
  •  Be able to see complex tasks through to completion with minimal guidance
  •  Have meticulous attention to detail
  •  Have first-class writing skills and be an excellent communicator
